Taline is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in technology companies and searches for CFOs, CHROs, and leaders in product and operations. She’s known as punctual, dry, detail-oriented, and very French.

She spent five years at Magic Leap, the augmented reality start-up, including as Head of Talent Acquisition. She has worked at leading executive search firms in Miami and Paris. Taline started her career at Egon Zehnder, working on searches across the services and technology industries.

Greg Brown is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in recruiting financial officers for public, private-equity and venture-backed technology companies. He also works on assignments in sports and healthcare. He is known as a trusted advisor who brings a data-driven approach to hiring the right leader at the right time in their career journey.

Before joining NU, Greg was a principal at ICONIQ Growth, a top-tier technology investment firm that has invested in more than 100 market-defining companies like Snowflake, Datadog, Airbnb, Calendly, and ServiceTitan, to name a few.  There, he was the first head of General and Administrative (G&A) for the Leadership Advisory organization where he advised portfolio company founders and CEOs on talent. Prior to ICONIQ, Greg was a recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates, a consultant at PwC, and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.

Reagan is an Associate at NU Advisory Partners, where she works with clients across industries to recruit top talent for strategic leadership roles. She brings experience in executive search and investment relationship management, supporting a wide range of clients and positions.

Reagan began her search career at True Search, where she specialized in CFO searches while also supporting product, data, and technology hires across healthcare, cybersecurity, and SaaS. Before joining NU, Brad was a Principal at ICONIQ Growth, where he served as the firm’s first Functional Lead for their Talent team. In this role, he advised founders and CEOs on organizational design, reporting structures, role scoping, recruiting processes, and other strategic initiatives. Notably, Brad built an extensive network of world-class executives across all growth stages to support portfolio companies with their hiring needs. Brad began his career in search at SPMB.

Ronnie is an Executive Assistant at NU Advisory Partners. Most recently she was a search project coordinator at Raines International and prior to that she spent 12 years at Egon Zehnder as an Executive Assistant in the Industrials/Chemicals space supporting the NA Chemicals leader. 

She spent the earlier part of her career as an executive assistant to C-suite leaders in various industries which included higher education, hospitality, and travel and consumer goods, where she provided high-level support and administered business deliverables.

Ben is a Partner at NU Advisory Partners specializing in senior leadership roles, with a focus on HR/people, legal, and talent functions. He’s known as a trusted advisor who delivers world-class executive talent into dynamic organizations.

Prior to NU, Ben spent nearly 10 years at True Search, where he built and co-led the firm’s People, Talent, and Legal Practice. He specialized in CPO and CLO searches for growing businesses across tech and consumer sectors, across all asset classes. Ben has also led searches for investment, talent, and legal professionals into investment firms. Before True, he was a Managing Director at TalentSky, a venture-backed search technology and services company. Ben began his executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates and Chadick Ellig in New York. Prior to his search career, Ben practiced corporate law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and with Davis & Gilbert.

Connor is an Associate at NU Advisory Partners, focused on executive search across technology-driven sectors including SaaS, artificial intelligence, and semiconductors. He partners with public companies, private equity and venture-backed businesses, and privately held organizations to help recruit transformational technology leaders, particularly CTOs, CIOs, CPOs, and other senior technical executives.

He began his executive search career with DHR International, supporting a broad range of senior-level searches across industries from their Denver office. In addition to his core focus in technology, Connor has contributed to searches in professional sports, blockchain and crypto, aerospace and defense, and healthcare.

Mike is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, where he recruits primarily finance and human resources executives for private equity- and venture capital-backed companies across sectors with a technology focus.

He began his career in executive search at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, placing CFOs in middle-market companies. He then served as Research Director at Howard Fischer Associates, a boutique retained search firm. Before joining NU, Mike was an executive recruiter at Amazon, where he focused on hiring senior finance leaders across its diverse business units.

Before that, he spent more than 15 years in marketing, including as President of the West Coast division of Digitas, a digital development and marketing agency.

Prior to True Search, Jessica spent 15 years at Korn Ferry, initially as a founding member of the Healthcare Technology practice focused on technology leadership roles. She led more than 500 executive search assignments across the health and life sciences sectors, including providers, payors, pharma, biotech, health and life sciences technology, and technology-enabled services companies, spanning all asset classes from venture capital to the Fortune 20. Prior to Korn Ferry, Jessica worked in industry at Cerner, holding a variety of sales and client service roles.

Prior to NU, Elliott served as Global Director of Executive Talent Acquisition & Strategic Sourcing at Alcon, a $9.7 billion MedTech leader, partnering with the executive leadership team on all executive and business-critical hiring globally.

Before Alcon, he founded the North America business of the technology search firm Levin Group. He also led the Zurich and Dallas offices at Phaidon International, where he managed recruitment across sectors including medical devices, life sciences, financial services, civil engineering, technology, and professional services.

She was a Research Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in the technology and consumer digital media practice.  Prior to that, Lauren worked at The Weather Channel as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for their Advertising Sales Division and on the WPP talent team.

Penina was most recently a member of Google’s in-house executive recruiting team, supporting consumer hardware initiatives within the Devices & Services group, as well as for AI, AR, and VR innovation across Google Labs.  Before that, she served as a researcher for cross-functional, tech-enabled leadership roles at Russell Reynolds and Koller Search Partners.

During Jen’s six-year tenure with True, the firm grew from 150 employees to more than 800.

Jen previously spent five years in account executive roles in the media industry.

Before joining NU, Harry co-founded and spent 18 years leading On-Ramps, a search and consulting firm serving mission-driven organizations. He also spent eight years at Glocap, one of the country’s largest alternative asset recruiting firms, where he was a Partner and Managing Director. As Glocap’s first employee, Harry built and led the Accounting and Operations division, placing talent into some of the world’s largest alternative investment funds and their portfolio companies.
