Nada is CEO and Co-Founder of NU Advisory Partners. Known to be a driven and direct counselor and mentor, Nada’s board, CEO and C-suite placement expertise spans technology, sports, media, entertainment, industrial, and numerous other industries.
Prior to co-founding NU, Nada was a member of the executive committee of Russell Reynolds Associates, the Global Leader of Its Technology Media, Entertainment, and Sports practices as well as a senior member of the CEO & Board Practice. She spent thirteen years leading high-level executive searches and advising leading private equity and VC firms across their portfolio companies. Nada had an extensive career as an executive at digital media and software companies, including as a member of the senior team at Broadcast.com leading its sports and marketing areas through its IPO and sale to Yahoo! for $5.7B, as President of Nokia Canada, as President of Comcast Venture-backed XOS Technologies which she successfully sold to publicly held JumpTV and then merged the company with NeuLion where she remained as President. Earlier roles in sports included the Florida Sports Foundation, Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games and Florida State University Athletics.
Meredith is Co-Founder of NU Advisory Partners. She is a market-leading voice in the edTech sector, and works with distinctive creativity and innovation.
Meredith brings more than 25 years of entrepreneurial and operating experience in the education sector. Prior to co-founding NU, Meredith led the Global edTech Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She spent ten years there working across the entire sector, advising larger public companies and VC and private equity portfolio companies, as well as nonprofits and higher education institutions. Previously, Meredith was a Senior Vice President at Fullbridge Inc., a workforce development and upskilling company, and helped to co-found Global Student Loan Corporation. She was a Vice President at The Yankee Group, where she led the Consumer Communications Practice, and a Senior Consultant in the Telecommunications and Media Strategy Practice of Braxton Associates/Deloitte Consulting.
Mar is Co-Founder of NU Advisory Partners. She is known to be exceptionally driven, collaborative, and customer-centric, with notable expertise in placing corporate officers (CHRO, CFO, GC), and also supporting boards, financial services, fintech, telecommunications, and hospitality organizations in different talent needs.
Prior to co-founding NU, Mar was a senior member of the corporate officers, DE&I, and Financial Services Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she was also the co-head of the Hispanic board initiative. Before her twelve years in the search industry, she held senior sales and marketing roles with firms such as Amicorp, Mphasis-EDS, and TTech.
Libby is Co-Founder of NU Advisory Partners. She is known to be creative, competitive, curious, and direct when placing go-to-market and commercial roles across the sports, media, entertainment, technology, consumer, retail, and marketplace industries.
Prior to co-founding NU, Libby spent eleven years building the Consumer Digital Practice of Russell Reynolds Associates while also serving as the co-lead of the Global Sports Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. She was previously the Director of Marketing and Communications for NASDAQ’s Global Corporate Solutions Group.
Jared is the Chief Operating officer of NU Advisory Partners. With a background in technology, finance, and law, Jared is an operational leader focused on the culture, systems, technology, and data that make companies great.
Before joining NU, Jared held executive or founding roles with several organizations, including NYCOO, InCred, Tempo, Kickstarter, and TeachersPayTeachers. He began his career in finance and then as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, the New York law firm. He’s also been an advisor, coach, and investor at various startups.
Taylor is an Executive Assistant at NU Advisory Partners. She’s known as a curious and creative problem-solver. She has more than thirteen years of experience as an executive administrator in positions including Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, and Head of Investor Relations.
Taline is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in technology companies and searches for CFOs, CHROs, and leaders in product and operations. She’s known as punctual, dry, detail-oriented, and very French.
She spent five years at Magic Leap, the augmented reality start-up, including as Head of Talent Acquisition. She has worked at leading executive search firms in Miami and Paris. Taline started her career at Egon Zehnder, working on searches across the services and technology industries.
Greg Brown is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in recruiting financial officers for public, private-equity and venture-backed technology companies. He also works on assignments in sports and healthcare. He is known as a trusted advisor who brings a data-driven approach to hiring the right leader at the right time in their career journey.
Before joining NU, Greg was a principal at ICONIQ Growth, a top-tier technology investment firm that has invested in more than 100 market-defining companies like Snowflake, Datadog, Airbnb, Calendly, and ServiceTitan, to name a few. There, he was the first head of General and Administrative (G&A) for the Leadership Advisory organization where he advised portfolio company founders and CEOs on talent. Prior to ICONIQ, Greg was a recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates, a consultant at PwC, and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy.
Ronnie is an Executive Assistant at NU Advisory Partners. Most recently she was a search project coordinator at Raines International and prior to that she spent 12 years at Egon Zehnder as an Executive Assistant in the Industrials/Chemicals space supporting the NA Chemicals leader.
She spent the earlier part of her career as an executive assistant to C-suite leaders in various industries which included higher education, hospitality, and travel and consumer goods, where she provided high-level support and administered business deliverables.
She’s known as passionate, efficient, empathetic, and a good listener.
Ben is a Partner at NU Advisory Partners specializing in senior leadership roles, with a focus on HR/people, legal, and talent functions. He’s known as a trusted advisor who delivers world-class executive talent into dynamic organizations.
Prior to NU, Ben spent nearly 10 years at True Search, where he built and co-led the firm’s People, Talent, and Legal Practice. He specialized in CPO and CLO searches for growing businesses across tech and consumer sectors, across all asset classes. Ben has also led searches for investment, talent, and legal professionals into investment firms. Before True, he was a Managing Director at TalentSky, a venture-backed search technology and services company. Ben began his executive search career at Russell Reynolds Associates and Chadick Ellig in New York. Prior to his search career, Ben practiced corporate law with Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and with Davis & Gilbert.
Mike Faust is an Associate at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in consumer, media, and enterprise technology. His experience spans research and executive recruiting for Fortune 500 organizations and private equity and venture capital backed companies.
Before joining NU, Mike served as an executive recruiting associate at Amazon, where he specialized in recruiting finance leaders across business lines. He previously spent time as a consultant and research director at Howard Fischer Associates, a boutique retained executive search firm, and at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, where he placed CFOs in middle market companies.
Mike is an Associate at NU Advisory Partners and focuses on senior executive-level searches in technology, sports, and professional Services. He is known for being enthusiastic, curious, and a lover of hockey and exclamation points!!!
Prior to joining NU Advisory Partners, Mike was a Consultant at Beecher Reagan where he focused on senior-level assignments in Professional Services. Earlier in his career, Mike was part of the Global Executive & Strategic Talent Recruiting team at BCG. Mike began his career in the CEO and Board Practice of a leading global executive search firm.
Jay is a Partner specializing in CEO and C-level executive searches for public, private equity-backed, and growth-stage companies. Jay brings extensive domain expertise in enterprise technology, media & content, and data & analytics services. An accomplished hunter of unicorns and purple squirrels, he’s known as relentless and resilient, especially when the going gets tough.
He has spent more than twenty years in executive search, most recently as the President of Global Search at SRI, a search and talent consultancy. Before that, he spent more than 15 years in marketing, including as President of the West Coast division of Digitas, a digital development and marketing agency.
Kelsey is an Associate at NU Advisory Partners, with experience in technology, consumer, sports, media, and entertainment. She’s known as competitive, passionate, and curious.
Before joining NU, she was a Senior Recruiter within Meta’s technology practice. Prior to joining Meta, she was the second talent acquisition hire at ghSMART, a human capital-focused consulting firm. Kelsey started her career at DHR International, working mainly in its Consumer and Entertainment sectors.
Michele is an Executive Assistant at NU Advisory Partners. She’s known as organized, detail-oriented, curious, and authentic. She has worked as an executive assistant at a range of companies, including Trilogy Education, Sales Impact Academy, Maxwelle Real Estate Group, and SocialMiami.com.

He headed the internal executive search team at Micron Technology. Before that, he was a Managing Associate in the Technology Practice at Korn Ferry. He spent eight years in Osaka, Japan, with East West Consulting K.K, a recruiting firm.

Prior to NU, Victoria founded and led The Barton Partnership’s North American business. Before that, she worked at search firms focusing on the professional services and technology sectors in Europe and the United States.
Lauren is the Director of Research and Associates at NU Advisory Partners. She’s known as a detail-oriented, curious project management ace. She has industry experience in edtech, technology, consumer, sports, media, and entertainment.
She was a Research Director at Russell Reynolds Associates in the technology and consumer digital media practice. Prior to that, Lauren worked at The Weather Channel as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer for their Advertising Sales Division and on the WPP talent team.
Penina is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in consumer digital transformation, media, entertainment, education, and enterprise technology. She’s known as a passionate, curious, and people-centric thought partner.
Penina was most recently a member of Google’s in-house executive recruiting team, supporting consumer hardware initiatives within the Devices & Services group, as well as for AI, AR, and VR innovation across Google Labs. Before that, she served as a researcher for cross-functional, tech-enabled leadership roles at Russell Reynolds and Koller Search Partners.
Jen Ringoen is a Partner at NU Advisory Partners. Known for her drive, thoughtful consultations, and joie de vivre, she focuses on recruiting financial officers for high-growth tech companies across asset classes.
Before joining NU, Jen was a Partner at talent management company True Search, having joined as an early dedicated hire within its Financial Officers Practice. She specialized in working with privately-backed technology companies across enterprise software, fintech, marketplace, consumer, and blockchain. During Jen’s six-year tenure with True, the firm grew from 150 employees to more than 800.
Jen previously spent five years in account executive roles in the media industry.
Tara is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners specializing in C-suite placements for high-growth venture, private equity-backed and public technology companies. Prior to NU, Tara was a Principal in the Go-to-Market and EdTech practices at True Search. Before True, she worked at Swing Education, a tech-enabled marketplace, where she played a key role in driving strategy and business development. Tara received her BA in history from Boston College. She is based in Boston, MA.
