Carmen is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, focusing on the consumer, leisure and hospitality, and real estate sectors. She supports a broad range of leadership searches across HR, finance, operations, and other key functions.

Before NU, Carmen worked at RRA, and earlier held in-house roles at Royal Caribbean Group and NBCUniversal, supporting multiple brands on senior searches and leadership development. A certified coach with expertise in leadership assessments and an HR certification from the University of Miami, Carmen brings a strong HR foundation and global experience. She has led talent mapping and search projects in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, Puerto Rico, Colombia, and China.
