Marketing Manager

About the Role

The Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for the Company’s success, and supporting the growth of NU.

We’re looking for someone with the ambition and ability to make a significant impact, who can propel our firm to new heights and position us as an industry trailblazer that extends its influence far beyond its years.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide a Best in Class Marketing Function:
    • Uphold the NU IDDEA in all areas of your work, including through setting and maintaining exceptionally high standards across all facets of marketing to ensure a consistently elevated level of quality and calibre in every endeavor.
    • Embrace NU’s commitment to AI and innovative technologies in all aspects of your work.
    • Understand and leverage NU’s multiple strengths, including our people, clients, credentials, and network wherever possible to further advance the marketing function.
  • Strategic Marketing and Implementation:
    • Guide the company towards marketing excellence and sustained growth.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of the Company’s marketing strategies and brand identity.
    • Orchestrate end-to-end marketing initiatives from conception to completion for a broad target audience, including B2B and B2B2C.
  • Project Management:
    • Ensure effective project management throughout all marketing endeavors.
    • Drive marketing workstreams with a focus on seamless coordination across the team.
    • Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, employing innovative strategies to enhance online presence, engage our target audiences, and drive measurable growth in digital channels.
    • Take charge of all marketing campaigns, meticulously tracking lead generation and conversion metrics, and leveraging insights to optimize marketing efforts for maximum impacts. Able to quickly and strategically adjust strategies for optimal results.
    • Optimize Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts for enhanced online presence.
    • Leverage social media platforms strategically and appropriately.
  • Vendor Management: Manage external marketing firm and other vendors, including timing, project implementation, etc.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Analyze competitor activities.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of content and thought leadership that positions NU as an industry expert, and manage the distribution through various marketing channels. Collaborate with colleagues and outside vendors to develop blogs, LinkedIn posts, etc.
  • Event Planning for Industry Engagement: Work with colleagues to organize industry events, conferences, and webinars.

About You

Professional Experience:

  • Hands-on experience in marketing at a high growth organization. Startup/early stage experience helpful.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives, including but not limited to digital marketing, SEM, SEO, social media, podcasts, and events.
  • Experience of analyzing lead generation and conversion metrics, able to interpret data insights and proactively respond to findings
  • Proficient in project management with a focus on end-to-end execution.
  • Capable of managing complex workstreams, ensuring seamless coordination among cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in cultivating and managing relationships with external vendors.
  • A track record of collaborating with both B2B and B2B2C stakeholders, able to devise tailored marketing campaigns to reach diverse business clients

About the Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Search Researcher to join NU Advisory Partners. As an Executive Search Researcher, you’ll be responsible for supporting the executive search process in the following ways:

  • Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions using various sources such as databases, professional networks, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
  • Assess and qualify potential candidates by conducting phone screens to evaluate their skills and experience.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to provide insights on industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent availability.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of industry professionals and key contacts.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive search team.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive search consultants and team members to understand client requirements and develop a search process and strategies for success.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Assist with business development pitch decks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client data in our database.

About You

  • An undergraduate BA/BS
  • 1-3 years of research and/or recruiting experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with professionals at all levels
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information

Executive Assistant

About the Role

NU Advisory Partners seeks an Executive Assistant who is proactive, organized, a great communicator, doesn’t miss a task, and takes ownership of their work. You’ll be an integral part of the team and responsible for supporting us in the recruitment process for executive-level and board positions across various industries.

Your tasks will include providing an array of services related to the executive search process, including:

  • Coordinating candidate and client meetings
  • Assisting team in creating sales pitch and search execution materials
  • Arranging travel
  • Assisting with collections
  • Suggesting best practices for the automation of manual processes with our operations team
  • Coordinating occasional internal and business development events
  • Supporting our team growth and the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
  • Expense submission, reporting, reconciliation

  • 5+ years of relevant administrative experience
