Prior to NU, Talita was an Associate Partner at a boutique executive search firm, where she led executive searches and built the firm’s Female Leadership practice, connecting diverse, high-performing leaders with executive opportunities.

Talita began her career in executive search at Heidrick & Struggles, supporting global and complex searches across multiple industries.
