Megan is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, where she focuses on recruiting senior finance executives for high-growth technology businesses across a range of asset classes. With a career grounded in client services, she brings a partnership-driven approach to every engagement and is known for her tenacity, curiosity, and positivity.

Prior to NU, Megan worked in the Financial Officers Practice at True Search during a period of rapid expansion, as the firm grew from 400 to more than 800 employees. Her expertise centered on partnering with co-founders to place executives across software, fintech, and climate tech companies.

Megan began her career in hospitality, spending two years in the Maldives before returning to her alma mater, Claremont McKenna College, where she worked in the admissions office.
