Prior to NU, Lee was Senior Director of Talent and HR at Casdin Capital, a multibillion-dollar life sciences growth equity firm, where he oversaw talent acquisition, HR strategy, and the firm’s advisory board. Before that, he led talent acquisition at Enigma, a venture-backed data intelligence company, helping scale the organization from Series A to Series C. Lee began his career in executive search at a boutique firm, placing executive and experienced technology talent into high-growth companies across a range of industries.
