Prior to NU, Gregory was part of the services and distribution team at JM Search, placing senior leadership executives in lower-middle-market, private equity-backed companies. He began his career at Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was a key member of the firm’s Social Impact and Arts and Culture Practice.
