Jen is a Partner at NU Advisory Partners. Known for her drive, thoughtful consultations, and joie de vivre, she focuses on recruiting financial officers for high-growth tech companies across asset classes.

Before joining NU, Jen was a Partner at talent management company True Search, having joined as an early dedicated hire within its Financial Officers Practice. She specialized in working with privately-backed technology companies across enterprise software, fintech, marketplace, consumer, and blockchain. During Jen’s six-year tenure with True, the firm grew from 150 employees to more than 800.

Jen previously spent five years in account executive roles in the media industry.
