Mike is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, where he recruits primarily finance and human resources executives for private equity- and venture capital-backed companies across sectors with a technology focus.

He began his career in executive search at CBIZ Private Equity Advisory, placing CFOs in middle-market companies. He then served as Research Director at Howard Fischer Associates, a boutique retained search firm. Before joining NU, Mike was an executive recruiter at Amazon, where he focused on hiring senior finance leaders across its diverse business units.
