Sarah is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners specializing in recruiting finance and legal executives into VC-backed and PE-funded growth companies. A former litigator, she brings an inquisitive, client-advocacy approach to every search. With a passion for mission-driven companies, she has worked across multiple industries including climate tech, sustainability, fintech, consumer, and SaaS.

Prior to joining NU, Sarah was with Bolster, a recruiting tech startup, and spent over five years at SPMB, where she launched the General Counsel Practice and co-led the Financial Officers Practice. She began her search career at Heidrick & Struggles in the Global Technology and Services Practice. Before transitioning into executive search, Sarah litigated at a boutique law firm in the Bay Area.
