Elliott is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in recruiting senior leadership roles for private equity-backed and public companies globally. He is recognized for his ability to navigate complex talent landscapes, build trusted C-suite relationships, and deliver high-impact executive placements that align with investor and business imperatives.

Prior to NU, Elliott served as Global Director of Executive Talent Acquisition & Strategic Sourcing at Alcon, a $9.7 billion MedTech leader, partnering with the executive leadership team on all executive and business-critical hiring globally.

Before Alcon, he founded the North America business of the technology search firm Levin Group. He also led the Zurich and Dallas offices at Phaidon International, where he managed recruitment across sectors including medical devices, life sciences, financial services, civil engineering, technology, and professional services.
