The information we collect may include your first and last name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, social media or professional networking user names, compensation requests, work history, and any other information you choose to provide. If you are an organization, we may collect information about you and your company.

When collecting information from you, we may use a variety of methods and technologies. We may manually take notes of the conversations. We may have an additional person join the call to take notes. We may use artificial intelligence or other technologies to take notes, assist us in taking notes, or transcribe meetings. We may request you send us information by email, filling out forms, or otherwise.

Information We Collect From Public Sources and Third Parties

We may collect information about you from publicly available sources (such as LinkedIn or your company’s website) or from other sources (such as people who recommend you to us). The information we collect may include your first and last name, job title, company name, email address, phone number, social media or professional network information, and work history.

We automatically collect certain information about your interactions with us or our Services from your device, including:

Potential Employers. If you are a candidate, we share the information we collect about you with our clients and other potential employers.
