Previously, she held leadership roles in talent acquisition and business development at Citadel, SoftBank Vision Fund, and Freestone Grove Partners (x-Citadel team). She also served as Head of People at MobileCoin (dba Sentz Global), a Series B crypto-payments startup. Jenny began her recruiting career in search at CPI and Glocap, where she focused on placing investment and operating talent across private equity, hedge fund, and venture capital firms and their portfolio companies. She has also advised numerous investment funds and startups on talent and people strategy and served as a Venture Partner at Goodwater Capital, a consumer tech-focused venture fund. Earlier in her career, she was a private equity investor at MidMark Capital Partners and an investment banker at Prudential Securities, covering the semiconductor sector.
