Caitlin is a Partner at NU Advisory Partners, focusing on go-to-market leadership search and talent advisory for private equity-backed companies. She supports clients across all stages of growth, from scaling through transformation and exit. Caitlin is known for her detailed, thoughtful, high-touch approach to executive recruiting and her ability to partner closely with operators and investors to build exceptional leadership teams.

Prior to NU, Caitlin founded her own search firm, The Maloof Group. Before launching her firm, she worked at boutique search firms and built out the internal executive search function at Accel-KKR.

Caitlin began her career in sales engineering and has remained deeply passionate about helping companies scale efficiently with a strong technology and talent strategy.
