Nancy is an Executive Assistant at NU Advisory Partners with more than 25 years of experience in executive support and administrative operations across executive search, consumer, and financial services. She is known for her energy and passion, which she attributes to her Puerto Rican roots.

Prior to NU, Nancy was a Senior Project Coordinator and Office Manager at Russell Reynolds Associates, where she spent nine years supporting the healthcare, HR, financial services, and board practices. Earlier in her career, she supported C-suite executives and global leaders across multiple industries, including more than a decade with HSBC Private Bank International.
