Richard is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners, specializing in the software and internet industries, with a focus on PE and VC-backed firms. He’s known as  thorough, creative, and passionate about technology.  He has a flair for sourcing top-tier candidates in unexpected places.

He headed the internal executive search team at Micron Technology. Before that, he was a Managing Associate in the Technology Practice at Korn Ferry. He spent eight years in Osaka, Japan, with  East West Consulting K.K, a recruiting firm.
