Before joining NU, Kelsey was a Senior Recruiter at Meta, where she hired executive-level talent within the tech and product functions. Prior to that, she was the second talent acquisition hire at ghSMART, a human capital-focused consulting firm advising investors on C-level talent within their portfolios. She began her career at DHR International, specializing in executive search within the consumer and technology sectors.
