NU Advisory Partners is a retained executive search and advisory firm. Those are the services we provide to our clients.
But the most important service we offer is a great place to work. If we achieve the goal of building that, then we’ll achieve all our other goals too.
The best people want to work in a great culture, with the most efficient, technology-driven operations. The best people want to work with the best people, and want to supplement and combine their skills and achievements with ambitious, accomplished colleagues to build something bigger than themselves, something more than they could build alone, something better than the plain old standard big firm. You can do that here at NU.
The best people also want to be treated well. So we have:
- A profound need to reward people for the value they create, driven by our sense of fairness and by our focus on hiring and retaining the best people
- Generous PTO
- Great health, dental, and vision benefits that are 90% covered by the company
- Remote offices, so you can work from wherever you’re productive
- Support for professional and personal development
- More benefits coming over the next several months as we add them and as you tell us what we’re missing
- Lastly and most importantly, a great culture, with good people who care about each other
We bring together the most important and valuable aspects of a startup – flexibility, agility, innovation – and combine those with the most important and valuable aspects of a larger organization – experience, expertise, networks. Our firm was born at the same moment that AI went mainstream, so our operations are built on tech and AI from day one, in a way that all the legacy firms can’t match because it would take disrupting and redesigning every system they have.
Let’s build the best executive search and advisory firm out there.
