Greg Brown and Victoria Montagu join NU Advisory as Key Consultants

By Nada Usina, CEO and Co-founder

Today, we’re announcing that two more talented recruiters have joined the NU Advisory Partners team: Greg Brown and Victoria Montagu.

At NU, we pride ourselves on having an exceptional team who will take an unexpected path when the situation warrants it. That requires a fresh perspective combined with ‘on-the-ground,’ varied experience. Greg and Victoria do just that: Greg is a former Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy, and has since built an unimpeachably pristine career advising firms on hiring finance leaders. Victoria stood up the US operations of UK-based The Barton Partnership and has become a sought-after advisor to firms seeking C-suite leadership across a variety of industries.

All of this boils down to one central point: Greg’s and Victoria’s diverse experiences, sharp energy, and penchant for problem-solving will fit right in on the NU team. We are thrilled to have them.

Over the coming months, I expect to make many more announcements as we continue to add depth and breadth to our team. It’s been exciting to see how many of the most accomplished search consultants want to be part of our mission to reinvent the executive search industry and help meet our clients’ toughest leadership challenges.

Prior to ICONIQ, Greg was a recruiter at Russell Reynolds Associates, a Consultant at PwC, and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy. While at the U.S. Naval Academy, he was co-captain of the Navy basketball team and an honor advisor for the Brigade of Midshipmen.
