Before co-founding NU, she led the Global edtech Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates for more than a decade, where she helped scale and support leadership teams across the education ecosystem. Prior to that, she held key roles at a number of tech and edtech-focused companies. Meredith’s career is marked by her ability to challenge conventional thinking.

- Cornell University Brooks School of Public Policy
- The Fletcher School at Tufts University
She’s a former Trustee of Cornell University, and outside of work, she’s currently training to complete the Six World Major Marathons.
