Victoria is an Associate Partner at NU Advisory Partners specializing in senior leadership roles across private equity-backed and public companies. She is known for her tenacity, attention to detail, and deep commitment to supporting her clients in hiring extraordinary talent.

Prior to NU, Victoria founded and led The Barton Partnership’s North American business. She was responsible for placing strategic leaders, notably Chief Strategy Officers and Chief Transformation Officers, across multiple sectors, as well as Partners into the world’s leading consulting firms. Before that, she worked at search firms focusing on the professional services and technology sectors in Europe and the United States.
